Experiences.ge Certified

A standard you can
build a business on.

International operators cannot inspect a marani in Kakheti or a lodge in Svaneti before selling it. So we do — methodically, in person, against a written standard with four levels. The mark a venue carries tells you exactly how far we are prepared to stand behind it.

Level I L Listed

The entry register. The venue or professional exists, operates legally and has been identified by our field team as relevant to experiential travel. Listing is a fact, not an endorsement.

  • Verified legal operation and ownership
  • Field-team identification and basic documentation
  • Accurate categorisation and location data
Level II V Verified

We have been there. A member of the Experiences.ge team has visited in person, confirmed the offering matches its description, and judged the welcome genuine. Verification is renewed every two years.

  • In-person site visit by our assessors
  • Offering matches description, season by season
  • Basic safety and hygiene review
  • Renewal visit every 24 months
Level III C Certified

The working standard for our itineraries. Certified venues and professionals host consistently, communicate reliably with the trade, and meet our written service protocol. This is the minimum level for inclusion in catalogue programmes.

  • Repeat assessment across at least two seasons
  • Written service protocol adopted and audited
  • Trade reliability: response times, confirmations, no-show record
  • Guest feedback consistently strong
  • Liability cover appropriate to the activity
Level IV P Premium Certified

The signature tier. A small number of venues and professionals define what Georgian hospitality can be — and carry our premium and tailor-made programmes. Premium certification is granted, never applied for.

  • Everything required of Certified, sustained over years
  • Distinct cultural or craft significance
  • Capacity for private, high-touch formats
  • Annual review by the certification board
For Venues & Professionals

The standard applies to people, too.

Guides, sommeliers, tour managers and hosts carry the same four marks, with criteria adapted to professional practice — languages, accreditation, field experience and conduct. Certification cannot be bought; assessment costs are flat and published, and the decision is independent of any commercial relationship.
